Finally got the keys to my little flat @Seng Kang. Phew, after such a long time since 2003, almost 2 years and 6 months behind project schedule.

My wife and I have decided on the ID and the air-con man. Praying hard that the ID and air-con man will not have a conflict of interests, which I can foresee even before they have met up. I won't be easy to appease either side, since the air-con made is recommended by my FIL.

Well, targetting to move into our new flat at end of July and then we can at least enjoy the fruits of our own home...

Wow, this MSN Spaces blog is totally awesome. I'm totally impressed with the drag n drop features of this blog. It looks totally like SharePoint or ASP.NET 2.0. Impressive, spread the word, but beware, it's in BETA and there are number of funny (and undesirable) behavior.

And yes, the themes are just totally AWESOME
